The story of 2000 years of the city of Bath at Work. Displays include reconstructions of an engineering works and mineral water factory both run by Victorian entrepreneur J B Bowler, Bath Stone workings and a display on the stone mining and construction industry, a cabinet maker’s workshop and 1914 Horstmann Car gallery. Temporary exhibitions, computerised information point. Souvenir shop. Refreshments. Educational facilities available on request.
